My experience with Bytek Volkswagen's Service Dept. Appointment 1: Contact them for body work, once parts arrive the work itself takes 2 weeks and on return, the turbo in my GTI is no longer working a Appointment 1: Contact them for body work, once parts arrive the work itself takes 2 weeks and on return, the turbo in my GTI is no longer working and I'm receiving EPS errors. I'm told this is a coincidence and unrelated to the work that was done. Appointment 2: Schedule appointment to have turbo replaced, they keep car for the full day only to tell me they don't have the parts in stock. Appointment 3: Parts now in stock, they replace the turbo. However in the process, my fuel tank no longer accepts gas. Also told this is a coincidence and unrelated to their previous work. Appointment 4: Told they are unable to fix whatever the issue may be. Asked if a replacement or rental car can be provided, they said they have none available. Current Status: I have a car that I can't fuel up with no word on expected timelines for a resolution. Note: None of these previous issues were caught upon inspection by their 'certified' VW mechanics. If you are looking to save hours of your time and thousands of dollars, avoid Bytek's service dept and their many 'coincidences'. Beyond their incompetence, it is paired with the worst customer service imaginable. More

I purchased a brand new VW Tiguan Comfortline from Bytek in the summer of 2019. I have had it for three years a very happy both with the car and the service from Bytek.
