Quick, easy, and the right price! I found a used 2011 Honda Pilot online at Bustard's and called as I had some questions. He even went out on the lot while on the phone with me to check out a few things regarding the optiomns/condition of the vehicle. I was a little too far away to just "drop by" and check it out..... Nik covered everything! A couple days later I ventured down to Bustards and met Nik in person, very knowledgeable and professional. We worked out a deal and my wife and I are very happy with our "new to us" Honda. While everyone at this dealership was super friendly I must mention specially how pleasant my experience with Brandon was. When I initially purchased the car I got there just at close and he had already left. When he heard I had returned to the dealer, deciding to buy the car he immediately drove back to work and stayed over an hour to help me process the transaction rather than telling me to return the next day. Not once did he complain. Throughout the week ( as I waited for the safety test and some cosmetic work to be done) I bothered him with many questions and each time he responded in a timely fashion. Additionally, Brandon made little gestures throughout the process, which made me, the customer feel highly valued. Examples include, having the car parked right up front waiting for me, filling it up with gas, being organized with the paperwork etc.. Overall, I am so pleased I chose to buy at Bustard Chrysler Dodge Jeep and I would strongly recommend Brandon as a wonderful salesman and certainly will be passing his card on to many of my young friends who are also looking to purchase their first car. Additionally I must mention Shefik Jakupi who helped at time of sale. He also stayed late that night and was also a wonderful person to deal with and was very helpful with catering to my needs/wishes.
