I know what I want so don't really need a salesperson albeit that is a necessity, however I will say that if you get to know the people that service your vehicle, like Marion the service consultant and Jim the mechanic, Mary the Driver, they are more than helpful, and Cathy the Service Manager was great to me, I recommend them to my friends, but ask for certain individuals like the aforementioned, as new people training , while necessary, are not as knowledgable and do not provide the same level of service, will continue to be a long lasting customer. Roberto in the Fine Detailing shop at the back also helpful and fast. All staff were very friendly. More

Chrysle I went to buy a Jeep Renegade, dream car totally ready to buy. They refused to give us a price until we verbally committed to buying that day! Chrysler rep was a xxxxxx brought us over for a little talk but didn't say anything worthwhile. Salesman was so new and untrained it was painful to try to get any information from him. We walked! They look for anyway possible to get out of helping their customers and further more placing blame of poor workmanship and lack or mechanical ability, and knowledge on their end as owner error and neglect Also purchased the 3rd party paint warranty. Only to learn you need to fight with them day in and day out to get them to cover things clearly stated in the warranty agreement. Then to find when they do finally come around to repairing the faults they do a very poor job that will come to have even worse problems in months to come from such repairs, and treat you like a criminal after spending several thousands of dollars with them They will do what they can to get you into a vehicle, and then leave you stranded *** BUYER BEWARE *** Chrysler makes a great product! Good Sales Lousy Service I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel in June of 2014. Nik Rock was very helpful in this transaction. Everything was going along alright until I cut I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel in June of 2014. Nik Rock was very helpful in this transaction. Everything was going along alright until I cut the spray in box liner.I was told by Cathy that because I cut it while sliding something into the box that it wasn't covered.I accepted this and went on my way. I have had 2 keys replaced 1 in Sept and 1 in Feb. On my Feb visit i was informed that my truck need to have its oil changed. So I told them that I wouldn't be able to do it right away which according to my Owners manual didn't have to be done until 16000 kms. So I took it in last week to have oil changed int was less 14000 kms on the odometer. I also had a low coolant level which I ask them to look at.They looked at it and found that the temperature sensor was leaking. They said they would order the part that was a week ago still nothing. Now back to the oil change....They changed the oil and when i got the bill i almost had a c ornery.I was told it would be around a $100 in Feb.well they were way off try $285. I understand that it takes synthetic oil and the filter costs 68.40 are you kidding me.Anyway they changed the oil and I drove home.On Fri afternoon on my way home from work the engine light came on.I called service and they told me to bring it by on Sat if I was out and about.Well i didn't go anywhere until Monday.I check the oil and found that it was below the minimum mark on the dipstick. I called service again and was told to bring it in so I did.Got to service and explained what i though it was. After standing g there for 30 mins I was told that there was nothing wrong.Nobody physically looked at the truck. They put a code reader on the truck and because there was no code i was told there was nothing wrong.I said numerous times that somebody just needs to look at the oil level. The floor was not level so when they finally did check it it read just to the minimum line.So they said that there was no problem. The engine light turned off so I though it was ok....till I moved it outside well the light comes back on i was told to wait as minute well 15 mins later they check the oil and I am told it is good.I am frustrated at this point and decide to call it a day. The next day basically the same thing happens again. This time I am told the it was .7 of a liter low so they added .7 of a liter. I check the oil at work today and it was in the same spot it was 2 day ago. Today I went to Wellington Chrysler in Guelph and was told that it was down 2 LITTRES!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!!!.So needless to say I will not be going back to Bustards for anything ever again also Wellington will have my part for Mon. nice More
Not a happy camper with customer service! Everything was good until the true colours of a `salesman` came out. When I walk into a dealership, I want to feel that what I`m getting into will be the best choice for me. Even though I already knew what I wanted, I wanted to see what options would best suit my needs. The salesman rushed me through the paperwork without going through all the extra particulars. Instead of giving me what I wanted, (a deal), I was given a list of things that almost doubled the sale price of the vehicle. And to boot, we already agreed on 5.5 % financing verbally at 78 months, and the paperwork indicated 6.24% at 72 months. I was forced to purchase extra insurance I didn`t need. The icing on the cake was two separate employees telling me that they were going give me a free tank of gas paid by therm. Instead, I noticed they charged me for fuel on my invoice agreement. BUYER BEWARE. Read the fine print very carefully. These guys aren`t out to help you, they`re lining their pockets. Oh, and the nice little care package included a note pad, oil change and a pen he couldn`t find so instead he gave me one he found kicking around on his desk. WOW! good one! When I called to complain, the salesman pointed the finger at his finance department and he had nothing to do with the price hike. WAY TO PASS THE BUCK! Man up and admit your mistake. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?? Is this really the calibre of character that should represent this company??? Still waiting for a phone call from the sales manager (2 days now!) Next time let the customer go home and review everything. Maybe compare pricing with similar dealers...... WITH the customer! Don't let the vehicle sell itself, let the salesman sell the vehicle. The amount of money that I spent for this transaction was outrages!! Sale price should be sale price. 5.5%, not 40%financing. You should be ashamed of yourself!! How do you sleep at night? Oh, and the MTO used vehicle information package doesn't match what you gave me on your trustworthy carfax report!!! Merry X-mas to you too! More

However even once that decision was made we wavered back and forth on such a large amount of money. Nik Rock answered all of our questions over several weeks. After the test drive I was sold but my husband still needed convincing. We were never made to feel inconvenient and no one ever tried to push anything on us. Everythig was explained to us in great detail and we finally made the purchase and I now own my very own brand new Jeep Cherokee North - I absolutely LOVE it!!! well worth it and we no have room for our growing family! I will definitely continue to see Nik for all my Jeep needs:) More
Great Experience The salesman that met us in the car lot was Nic Rock. He immediately made us feel at ease and asked the right questions to try to get to know us. We The salesman that met us in the car lot was Nic Rock. He immediately made us feel at ease and asked the right questions to try to get to know us. We were at the beginning of our new car search and took some time to check out other dealers. Nic was very helpful answering any questions we had about any model of cars we test drove and after listening to what we liked and disliked about each of them he made a suggestion that we try a Chrysler 200 before we make a final decision. He was right. It was the right size, had a sporty look with a luxurious feel. The negotiating was 'no pressure' and we always knew that Nic was out to get the best for us. He is by far, the most genuine and sincere salesman we have ever worked with. We highly recommend Nic Rock to anyone looking for a new car. More
