I had even worked out the “trade in” value on my vehicle prior to getting on the ferry. Half way thru the sailing they called me to tell me they have just sold the car ! I work for seaspan building ships in British Columbia I am writing you to let you know about the 2021 TLX ASPEC I bought from Burrard Acura in Br I work for seaspan building ships in British Columbia I am writing you to let you know about the 2021 TLX ASPEC I bought from Burrard Acura in British Columbia Canada in July 2021. I went to acura because my parents own a 1996 MDX The service Is terrible . I have been having trouble with the electronics since day 1and have brought it to their attention multiple times, just to have them say there's nothing wrong with it, everything is working fine. Among the things I was having trouble with was with ... ●The speed sensor, it would consistently display the wrong speed , when I brought this to their attention they told me it was functioning properly ●The remote start would start the car and let me into the trunk but wouldn't let me in the car Again would bring the car in and they said it was working fine. ● The anti collision sensor would go off when there wasn't anything in front of the car. ● The motion sensor would be triggered when there wasn't anything in front of the car. I brought the car in for these concerns as well, and was told they were working fine. ● I paid extra to have the winter package installed on the car just to have the technician zip tie the block heater cord to the front valance of the car, who does that I recently had my car in for service and paid for a tire rotation as well as other things but surprise! They didn't rotate the tires but didn't hesitate to charge me for doing the rotation anyway. What else have they charged me for and not completed It took longer than they said to do the service on Saturday. The car was ready to pick up Sunday, so I called the dealership to arrange for someone to come pick me up I was told I would have to find a way down there myself as they wouldn't make arrangements for me to get there (They have made arrangements for me to pick up my car in the past) I had enough to payoff the car, and asked to come in and drop off a cheque they said I can't do that there and told me to call Acura customer service to arrange payment with them, so I did just that just to have customer service tell me I could do that at the dealership. I was talking to a friend about my frustration with the car and that I wanted to sell the car as quickly as possible to buy something else because I had had enough. He mentioned his daughter works for West Side Acura in Edmonton Alberta and they have dealt with and fixed exactly the same problems that I've been having , so I literally drove the car 1200 kms to them, dropped it off and had to purchase a plane ticket and flew back to BC, Then a week later I had to purchase another plane ticket from BC to fly back and pickup the car and drove back 1200 kms to Vancouver that day. Cost of flights $381 Transportation to and from YVR airport $17 West side Acura had fixed the problems i was having with the car . I have all the receipts for the service from both dealerships as well as the gas and flight receipts and can send you a copy if you wish. I would like to be compensated at minimum for the flights and fuel for having to go to the lengths I had to to get the car fixed properly, not to mention the inconvenience of not having my car for the week What good is having a 4 year warranty when nothing gets fixed when there's a problem with the car. When one pays $55000 for a car, one Expects things to work properly or at least fix them when things go wrong . Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Helped a friend purchased a pre own 2019 RDX A Spec last weekend. Negotiations for the car went well, but delivery of car was rushed out the door. Brought car home and followed up with salesman on issues but was told more cost would incur if she wanted her way. Bottom line is, do not leave dealership if you are unsatisfied. Now she is forced to deal with Acura HQ for resolution. Should have read all these reviews before stepping into dealership. More

My mistake..contemplating trading it to a different car Recently bought a 2018 RDX elite model about month and a half ago and I’m already been back at least 5 times to the dealership for all sort of issues Recently bought a 2018 RDX elite model about month and a half ago and I’m already been back at least 5 times to the dealership for all sort of issues that I had discovered driving the car. Its true that buying a slightly used car can save you some money, but I am beginning to think that its not worth it based on my experience. My advice is don’t trust the dealership when they say they fully inspected the car. Have it independently check by your mechanic before buying it or write it as a pre-condition in your offer. It will save lots of time and effort as they made you think that the problems are your doings. AE More
False Inspection Report Provided I was provided an inspection report from this dealer that showed no repairs needed or failed items. After having it inspected by a certified third par I was provided an inspection report from this dealer that showed no repairs needed or failed items. After having it inspected by a certified third party, it was found that at least 8 items had failed or needed repairs in the amount of $19,000. After showing the two sales managers of Burrard Acura the conflicting reports, they ignored me and refused to acknowledge or rectify the problems after more than 2 weeks. They sold an unsafe vehicle (contrary to their ad claims and inspection report) and have refused to take the vehicle back after multiple requests and visits. There is a current VSA complaint filed against Sunny Gill and Dino Annicchiarico. More
