This week I recommended Burlington Toyota to a friend who recently purchased a Prius elsewhere, because probably 15 years ago when they had a Camry, they found that Burlington Toyota always found more ways to service the car than necessary (costly), so they stopped going. And actually for that reason, I did not buy another Honda because their tactics were the same. I am happy with coming to Toyota for my Matrix's maintenance because I am not pressured by service staff saying there are problems that I was not aware of that needed attention. More
