Dishonest upsell or incompetent Told me I had a leaking transmission connector sleeve requiring $2000 to replace. I took to bimmersports- they confirmed it wasn’t leaking. They sai Told me I had a leaking transmission connector sleeve requiring $2000 to replace. I took to bimmersports- they confirmed it wasn’t leaking. They said these commonly sweat, but very rarely leak and mine wasn’t leaking. I paid $350 for a full vehicle check and this was one of the “fails”. Furthermore, they told me on the phone my tread was 1mm and urgently needed new rear tires. My tread was 3mm. i was told I needed a new thermostat ASAP. I authorized this but knowing what I know now this was likely a scam as well. They failed to recommend rod bearing replacement on my m3, and bimmersports found metal shavings in my oil 50kms after driving from dealership. They must not have looked at the oil when they changed it. The first estimate was $3000, then $6000, then $10,000. Failing to recommend rod bearing replacement is negligence. Recommending transmission connector sleeve replacement when it isn’t leaking is fraud. I will never deal with them again. More

A great team at a fantastic dealership! I've been taking my 2014 BMW to Budds' for service since I bought it in 2017. My only regret is that I didn't buy the car from them directly! Every visit, I'm greeted by a pleasant staff member, directed to the lounge (with coffee, fruit tray, pastries, WiFi, massage chairs... it's a lovely place to be!) and met by an advisor. At my latest experience, I had the pleasure of working with Alex. He was kind, pleasant and took the time to explain the work to be done on my vehicle, as well as the cost. I would highly recommend Budds' BMW and Alex Hoch. More

Jenny our service advisor was awesome and Mike the Service Manager stood proudly behind the BMW product line! A great team at a great dealership, we are very lucky to have Budd's and their team of expert staff so close and behind us every step of the way! More
Tire Repair I had my left rear tire repaired a couple months ago and found i was still losing air. I had a day off and called the dealership to see if I could ge I had my left rear tire repaired a couple months ago and found i was still losing air. I had a day off and called the dealership to see if I could get my car in on short notice. They were very accommodating and took my car right away - they drove me home and when the car was done they came to pick me up. Tire is holding air perfectly now.
