I deal with Budds for two reasons. One, quite simply, I like BMWs! The second involves how a person is treated. In 2002 I was particularly busy and I needed a new car. I asked my son, who was in his early twenties, to research cars for me. His first stop was the local MB dealer where he was treated with total disrespect and basically not given "the time of day". He then went to Budds where Wayne Carr met him and gave him a full briefing on a 3 series sedan. Despite my son's relatively young age Wayne treated him all the respect one would expect from a BMW dealer. As a result, in the past 10 years I have purchased 6 BMWs from Wayne, my daughter and son-in-law have purchased two and our best friends purchased two. All of this because Wayne took the time to deal with a young man who was doing some research on behalf of his father. More

I dealt with Dan when he was at Subaru, so this is more personal that dealer related. When I wanted a new Subaru I was disappointed that Dan was no longer there. This was our first luxury vehicle buying experience. Adam Gauthier made us feel welcome. We never felt pressured and he let us go through the process at our own pace.
