This is my second time purchasing a car from Budds' BMW and specifically through John DeFreitas. It can be a confusing process once you start looking at the different models and not to mention the various options. John took his time, explained in detail the models, the options and even though I was a second time buyer, John didn't pass on the details and assume I has prior knowledge of the products. John took the time over the course of my first car to call or email me on several occassions to inquire and to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. These calls were not intrusive and were welcomed, you are not forgotten once you sign the bottom line. My first car was everything I hoped it would be and I was extremely pleased, but that alone didn't draw me back to Budds, it was the overall customer experience from when you first walked into the showroom from the entire staff, it is a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very professional and they work hard at providing that "customer experience & service", well done! Budd's follows that up with a great after sales experience, from the car "orientation" session to the the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service technicians, it was worry free, hassel free driving. In the end I knew I would be getting a great product supported by great people, so I returned to Budds and sought out John DeFreitas and again I was not disappointed. More
