Amazing experience! Good coffee and friendly staff I've been through many dealerships throughout my life and none even come close to the experience that I had at Budds. While waiting, Alex, the service I've been through many dealerships throughout my life and none even come close to the experience that I had at Budds. While waiting, Alex, the service technician checked on me several times and was fantastic! He was helpful, informative, knowledgeable and most of all just a great guy. Ken was also great. Zero pressure and made me feel super comfortable while I was browsing cars. By the time my oil change waa done I didn't want to leave. Great coffee and snacks too! More

Great service Recently I had two motorcycles serviced at Budd's Motorrad. I don't believe you can find a more qualified team to work on your bike. After they examin Recently I had two motorcycles serviced at Budd's Motorrad. I don't believe you can find a more qualified team to work on your bike. After they examine the bike, John Parker the Service Manager explains everything that needs to be done and why. He knows more than you can imagine about all components right down to the nuts and bolts. When I picked up my bikes, when the service department was closed, a salesman was kind enough to help me load the bikes. The amazing part - there was a cold rain and all I asked was that someone help me get them on the trailer. I forget the salesman's name, but he actually did the work to secure them properly on the trailer. If there was any negative, it's costly service, but in this case, you really do get what you pay for. More
