Service great but don’t touch !! Fortunately we took advantage of the “Tire & Rim “ insurance as we’ve used it twice over the last 20 months. The service rep gets my wife into a renta Fortunately we took advantage of the “Tire & Rim “ insurance as we’ve used it twice over the last 20 months. The service rep gets my wife into a rental both times & takes care of everything to do with the paperwork. The car is ready when promised. But after each visit, the technicians feel they have the right to change the Radio stations, change the seat settings (in the memory) & play with the sunroof. When we get the car back...it takes 5-10 minutes for me to put things back to the way they were pre visit. Leave the settings alone...it’s not your car. Other than that...great vehicle & service...treated very well. More

Tire swap was a rip off Budds Hamilton charged me $93 plus tax to remove my winter tires (on rims) on my BMW and to install my summer tires (also on rims). All that was requi Budds Hamilton charged me $93 plus tax to remove my winter tires (on rims) on my BMW and to install my summer tires (also on rims). All that was required was to remove the lug nuts, swap the wheels and then re-torque the lug nuts. They did not balance the tires or perform a wheel alignment. This is highway robbery as any other reputable tire or service centre would perform the same job for $25-50. Save your money and go somewhere else. They also took 1:45 minutes to perform my routine oil change and to do the tire swap even when I had a prearranged appointment. Ridiculous. More

He made sure any questions I had were answered, kept in touch with me to update the status of the vehicle, arranged a rental car for me, all done within a short period of time.
