The most unprofessional car buying experience ever!!!!! Agreed to buy a 2017 demo with 5100 km. Saleman Dominic assured me that the warranty would be extended from 80k to 85100, and that the car ($50,000 32 Agreed to buy a 2017 demo with 5100 km. Came days later at night to my house (which seemed very shady and unprofessional). It seems that although i had a signed deal to buy the car the dealership decided to lend it out to a customer who was having an engine replaced at the time. When i finally did receive the car it had over 6600 km on it!!!Upon going through the features of the car with Dominic it was discovered that this model isnt even equipped to receive satelite radio. When questioned on it he said he would get back to me the following day. I had to chase him down to get the answer of "for $700 we can reconfigure the radio to accept xm" $700!? To me?! Why should i pay this when you told me the car comes with it. And what of the extra miles put on it? To which he retracted his original statement and said "there is no extension on the warranty". Feeling completely ripped off and misled at this point i demanded an answer from his sales manager who after several more days of chasing by phone and email came back with an absolutly insulting reply of "we can detail the car for you" as if thatis going to make anything right here! I have never felt so misled and ripped of during a car purchase in my life. For a "luxury " brand to hire such unproffesional sales staff and treat customers like this is appalling . I would not recomend anyone choose this dealership for a vehicle purchase. More

The professionalism, courtesy and respect everyone at Budds extended to me was truly amazing. I highly recommend you visit them. In my lifetime I have leased and purchased 13 cars. I remember each purchase very well. Needles to say those purchasing experiences were a mixed bag. Some were ok, many were painful. Dealing with Joshua (Client Advisor) from my first phone call until delivery was a pleasure. It was an easy decision to drive all the way from Toronto and visit the dealership because of the way Joshua communicated with me. He was knowledgeable, informative and extremely accommodating. For me a car buying experience is always an emotional one so having a positive experience with Sales, Management and Financing is just as important as getting a good deal. I got all of that and more at Budds BMW. Bryce (Financing) was very pleasant and professional and made the financing part of the transaction a breeze. Donn (Sales Manager) handled my trade fairly and extended me an unexpected level of trust. Nikole (Reception) made my family and myself feel welcomed and looked after. I felt like a celebrity from the moment I first walked in until I drove my new car for the first time. I only wish they were closer to home so I can bring the car for service. Alas, we can’t have everything in life. What an amazing group of people. Thank you so very much. More

Great Customer Service Brought my vehicle in for service for the second time. Absolutely no complaints, great service as usual. The service advisor was very accommodating, l Brought my vehicle in for service for the second time. Absolutely no complaints, great service as usual. The service advisor was very accommodating, listened to everything I had to say and was very reasonable. Of course the price isn't the greatest but you get what you pay for and I'd rather pay more if it insures my car receives great service. BMW is a higher end brand, you can't expect cheap pricing. Highly recommend. More
Do Not Buy a Car From This Location Bought a brand new vehicle from this location, they told me I need a Nox Sensor for $2500.00. It wasn't the Nox Sensor, it was low on DEF. There is an automatic recall, and they will not give you a courtesy card, they expect you to pay for it. There was an agreement for no extra cost, but they still tried to charge me. I do not recommend anybody buying a vehicle from them. More

Big block walls prevent you from speaking to mechanics and entering the service garage is like getting permission to enter the Forbidden City. The service invoice writeups do not make sense when correlating labour charges and work performed . They changed a battery and changed 2 O rings on the vanos system 10 min job. on vanos and charged just under 800.$ . Changed a valvetronic sensor and part was 600.$ 2600.$ total price to install. A common problem. poor engineering...Paid over 200 to flush brake fluid... Did they in fact do the work? Big block walls of secrecy . There is a thriving business just down the street who is capitalizing on their weaknesses. They never have specials on to encourage new business. More
Brought my car in for service and they broke my windshield I brought my BMW M5 into budds BMW Hamilton for service. When I came to pickup my BMW I noticed the windshield was cracked right across the top with a I brought my BMW M5 into budds BMW Hamilton for service. When I came to pickup my BMW I noticed the windshield was cracked right across the top with a big spider crack in the centre of the windshield. All of which was extremely visible and in the direct sight of the driver. None of this was there prior to me dropping the car off. Bmw claimed it was possibly a stone chip. However there is no damage done to the outside of the windshield only on the inside. Bmw has offered to only cover the install of the windshield which is extremely minor compared to the price of a brandnew windshield. This is not acceptable. I expect my vehicle to be in the same condition as when I dropped it off. More

Customers should always ask questions regarding the repairs, example, what exactly are you going to do to my car to justify the cost? . You will get many service lights that pop up on a BMW $$$ and this makes the average customer panic and run to the dealership. Is the service light detrimental? They charge 70$ to clear a service light. Always ask who is working on your car, a Mechanic or an apprentice? At 140$ per hour it should bee a qualified BMW mechanic .. A request to see the car being worked on is not unreasonable. Your car will is hidden from you by the high private walls.at Budds. More

Which I appreciate a lot. Ciro was great to deal with and was very insightful with the issues I had and was over all just a great guy. I would love to have people like Ciro working for me, I was very impressed. I left the dealership happy and didn't spend much at all... I would definitely suggest the service department here. Lousy "Sales Master" Donn Walmesley I connected with Donn to further explore trading in my BMW for a new one. Donn was condescending and really quite arrogant.
