Very bad experience trying to buy a used RAV4. I took my SUV to Brimell Toyota after many decades of servicing my cars at several other GTA Toyota and Lexus dealers. I had a very pleasant experience! They were personable, attentive and ensured my car was serviced to my satisfaction. In the showroom, I met Brand Ambassador Alisha Hussain once, and she has subsequently greeted me by name every time I see her. She has an infectious personality and I would highly recommend that you see her for your next new or used Toyota! They also have a great internet auction system for maximizing the value of your trade-in, and they fetched more than double what another large Toyota dealership offered me. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the Sales and Service Departments at Brimell Toyota and highly recommend that you check them out. More
