He made the deal happen and guided me through the entire process without any pressure or games. Before coming to Brimell Toyota, I spoke with several other dealerships. Some wouldn't return calls or emails, some weren't willing to be flexible on pricing, and others tried steering me toward completely different vehicles instead of listening to what I actually wanted. Frei did the opposite. He listened, communicated consistently, and worked with me to get the right deal on the right vehicle. The biggest compliment I can give is that I drove all the way from Kingston to do business with Brimell Toyota, and I'd do it again without hesitation.
