Liar Liar Pants on Fire This is my closest dealership to the office and for 2 years I regularly struggled to get basic customer service. Always waiting. Always late. But the final kicker was when I brought my vehicle again in for warranty and maintenance service which required them to road test to diagnose. When I got the vehicle back, there was no mileage on the vehicle and they indicated no fault found. I asked if they had actually road tested, and the mechanic and service advisor both said "Yes". And based on my billings, I assume they also billed Toyota for the diagnostics! Well liars of Brimell...fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...NEVER! I do my maintenance at Scarborough Toyota now. They're miles ahead in expertise, trustworthiness and efficiency. I don't cringe when I go for service now! More

Untrustworthy and dishonest Bought a used car from them. Took it back for a defect. Failed to take responsibility. Basically calling me a liar. On Mar 5/18 I brought in my son's 2015 Corolla in for the first time for windshield weather strip repair and had a wonderful experience with Brittney Groome who was also very friendly and a knowledgeable young lady. On Mar 29/18 I brought in my son's 2015 Corolla for an oil change and, once again, I received excellent customer service from Brittney. I have also dealt with Vince and Mary on the phone and must say Brimell Toyota has friendly and helpful staff answering phones and booking appointments. So far my overall experience since January 2018 has been great! I will continue attending Brimell Toyota, as well as, advising friends to attend Brimell Toyota. More

Excellent service I was notified that it was time to have the next regular check up on my vehicle by email. I called my service agent Alice and she promptly set up an I was notified that it was time to have the next regular check up on my vehicle by email. I called my service agent Alice and she promptly set up an appointment and I brought my car in within 48 hours of the time of my choosing. I drove into the garage, greeted warmly by the staff and Alice explained to me what they would check and the cost. She offered to get me a ride to wherever, I chose to stay and wait. She said it would take more than two hours to do the job. I took advantage of the complimentary computer and wifi and did some searching on the internet. watched news on TV. Alice came to the waiting room and told me the car was ready, it was about two hours! I paid and the amount was a bit less than Alice quoted to me in the beginning, and she said" bye and see you in 6 months". I walked up to my car and notice it was all washed, sparkly clean! What can I say, they exceeded my expectation, thank you guys. More
