Great Price, Great Value and Great People was what drive me to buy at Brimell Great Price! Brimell has the lowest on-line price for a used Toyota Sienna and I have search from Kingston to London and was me to buy at Brimell Great Price! Brimell has the lowest on-line price for a used Toyota Sienna and I have search from Kingston to London and was ready to drive to London just for the price. Great Value! They say "You get what you pay for" but not with Brimell Toyota. I walked in to Brimell Toyota expecting a buy a used Toyota Sienna with a bit higher kilometers just to get a lower price but I walked out buying a new Toyota Sienna for the price lower than a used one from another dealer Great People! Brimell Toyota has Great People and thats what drove me to buy my Toyota Sienna. Dilshad was very helpful with finding me my Toyota Sienna, I told him I was interested in buying the used Toyota Sienna I found on their website but was able to find me a new one. You would see the people skills of Dilshad by listening and understanding my need and setting aside his need to make a sale. I told Dilshad I had a very tight budget and he went back and forth with me and Jenny to accomodate my needs and with both of their help I was able to purchase the protection I need for my vehicle. When I was finaizing my purchase with Shane, although I know they have to push to sell other products, Shane understand the financial limitation that me and my wife agreed and did not feel any pressure to buy other products that came with the car. It was the end of the month so while other dealers would push to have the vehicle sold, Dilshad set that aside to accomodate me in delaying the pick up of the car so that my daughter can still use our SUV that is being traded for her road test. On the day of the delivery Dilshad was suppose to attend his son's ball game but because of unforeseen events he had to cancel last minute just to make sure there are no incovenience on my part during the delivery. You can see Brimell Toyota has great people because while Dilshad was away to have the transfer of plate processed, I had a small chat with two guys a few desk away from where Dilshad was. I told them that although I was happy with my purchase the other dealer had a higher appraisal for my trade in, they took the time to expalin why the value was different. It was great feeling that although they were not the sale associate that I was dealing with they took the time to explain to me the reason behind my trade which made the total experience excellent. I think their name is Jose and Arjie, I did not get their name but saw it on the website. My Toyota Sienna was our 5th car but it was the first time I did not felt pressured buying the car and the overall experience in dealing with Dilshad first and foremost, Jenny, Shane, Jose and Arjie was out of this world. Because of them I could say Brimell Toyota has Great Price, Great Value and Great People More

Right after bringing my car in for an airbag recall on June 18th, 2024, I noticed fresh scratches and a chip down to the bare metal on the driver’s side mirror. These marks were clearly not there before, which is confirmed by the photos taken by the dealership prior to service. Based on the location and type of damage, I suspect it may have been caused by a tool, jack handle, or contact with a hoist while the door was open during servicing. I spoke with a Toyota representative named MATHEW JOHN, who told me he couldn’t provide a receipt or work order because of a “coincidental computer glitch.” As a result, I now have no documentation showing the recall work was even completed. He assured me that he would order a color-matched paint pen, provide the missing paperwork, and contact me once the repair could be done. That never happened. I followed up multiple times by phone and email — all of which were ignored. Eventually, I gave up. I didn’t have the time or energy to keep chasing down a response from a team that clearly didn’t care. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way by a dealership I once trusted. Sadly, due to this dishonest and unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning. More

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Brimell Toyota while trying to purchase a 2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid. My sales representative, Mr. Koku, was unprofessional, unresponsive, and dismi Toyota while trying to purchase a 2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid. My sales representative, Mr. Koku, was unprofessional, unresponsive, and dismissive throughout the entire process, making it one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. I visited the dealership based on a friend's referral, who purchased a 2024 RAV4 three months ago. While he initially recommended the dealership, he later shared that even he had faced challenges during his car delivery process. From the beginning, communication with Mr. Koku was frustrating. Despite my requests to visit the dealership one evening to discuss my requirements and financing options, I had to follow up multiple times to confirm a meeting. When I visited Brimell Toyota with my friend, I explained to Mr. Koku that my top priority was a black 2025 RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid due to my personal preference for black cars. As alternatives, I mentioned the Blueprint or Ruby Flare Pearl colors. He said he had a Ruby Flare Pearl RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid available for immediate delivery and offered several other options that didn’t meet my preferences. I requested 1–2 days to make a decision and asked him to check again for a black car in the meantime. Three days later, I called him to follow up and was told he couldn’t find a black car. Reluctantly, I decided to compromise on the Ruby Flare Pearl color and scheduled an appointment to finalize the deal. During the conversation, he mentioned that the car came with additional options like the ECP Platinum Plan Service Agreement, rust protection, and tints, which I hadn’t requested. However, when I arrived for the appointment, things took a turn for the worse. He added more addons, labeling them “mandatory,” which I declined. I also inquired about benefits as a referral and an existing Toyota owner, to which he replied, “Allotting you a car is one big favor.” This was shocking—how can a salesperson treat a customer as though they are doing them a favor? After negotiations, I agreed to proceed with the purchase. When I asked to see the car, he revealed it wasn’t available and would arrive only by the end of December. This was contradictory to his earlier claim of immediate availability—a clear case of miscommunication. He then offered me a RAV4 Limited Hybrid in the same Ruby Flare Pearl color, which was above my budget and preferences. Despite my hesitation, he convinced me with a seemingly better deal. I paid a $1,000 token amount and submitted a credit application. Throughout this process, Koku was unresponsive, often requiring 2–3 calls or messages before replying hours later. On the day after submitting my application, I learned my financing through Toyota Financial Services was declined. He suggested applying through a bank, but this resulted in three additional hard inquiries on my credit report as he applied through three banks. The approved bank offered an interest rate 6% higher than Toyota Financial Services and a shorter 5-year term, which I declined. I informed him I would drop my plans and pursue alternatives. What followed was appalling. Koku ended the call abruptly and sarcastically remarked, “Are you going to come in your new RAV4 to collect the cheque?” This unprofessional comment during an already stressful situation was unacceptable. When the time came to collect my refund, Koku was unreachable. After half a day of trying, I called the dealership, only to learn he had left his job at Brimell Toyota without informing me. I was passed around between staff and managers, with no clarity on my refund status. Days of follow-ups later, the finance manager, who was also rude, finally confirmed my cheque was ready. The only positive part of this experience was the person who handed me the cheque, who kindly offered me tea or coffee as it was cold outside. Overall, this experience was a nightmare. May 1,2024 This time (my second time at Brimell) I had an appointment 1:15PM; though, i came early, I was welcomed to drive my car inside; Cat, as usual was very accommodating with a smile; she sent me to Ve appointment 1:15PM; though, i came early, I was welcomed to drive my car inside; Cat, as usual was very accommodating with a smile; she sent me to Vejay,,, and the process began;while waiting and watching the very educational car care tips,,, a kind and beautiful lady came, introduced herself; her name is Stephany; she was asking if i am okay, happy with the Brimell service staff; and if i am happy with my car; and some fun staff; she asked me who my service advisor, and i said it's Vejay; she said "oh! Vejay is awesome!" and i definitely agreed to her; my car was done (tire swap and oil change and "multi point inspection" done),,, thank you so much to Philip Sojor and Varun Gopinath and SA Vejay Saniasy for the wonderful team work! I am so happy i changed my car service location to yours! and oh! Vejay even made my day! he gave this elderly lady a discount of $30 on my bill! THANK YOU BRIMELL TEAM !!! We’ve just got our RAV 4 Hybrid, and so excited although we had to lease it and kind expensive. We experienced an excellent service with Monica Cao.
