Perfect experience! I was looking for a new car, and I had a specific model and make in mind. I finally found one online and messaged the number on the website. Within mi I was looking for a new car, and I had a specific model and make in mind. I finally found one online and messaged the number on the website. Within minutes, I was talking with Paul (even though it was after hours) and he was helping me with pre approving for financing! He was incredibly helpful and informative. Shawn in financing helped get me approved at a low rate and made sure I understood everything I needed. I would DEFINITELY recommend these two to anyone! Bad repair job, then lied and tried to overcharge Over summer, took my wife's vehicle in for a clicking noise from behind the dash. They blamed the door blend actuator and "fixed it." This winter I di Over summer, took my wife's vehicle in for a clicking noise from behind the dash. They blamed the door blend actuator and "fixed it." This winter I discovered when they did that, they hooked it back up incorrectly, and I no longer have warm air on the passenger side (driver side and rear zone are OK). They looked at it and said the actual problem was the heater core needed to be replaced (not true, hot air is fine in the other zones) and that it would be a $1400 charge (about $700 more than that sort of task would cost anywhere else). Just continues a pattern of lies and half truths I've gotten from the service desk over the years ( like them conveniently forgetting the vehicle was under warranty coverage and trying to charge me $600 for a previous issue).
