I live in Ontario and found I purchased a very rare used 2012 Ram 3500 diesel, manual tranny from Bridge city chrysler without ever even seeing it!!! I live in Ontario and found the truck on-line, and being a very busy Nuclear energy professional (in quality control) I could not find the time to travel to Alberta to see the truck in person, so I had to put all my trust in the dealership. They were excellent at answering all my questions and concerns, and very helpful in orchestrating the whole thing. When the truck showed up in Ontario on the back of a transport truck, I was very nervous as thoughts of "what ifs" kept running through my mind. What would I do if the truck was a pile of junk? Would the dealer back me, or not answer their phone? Well, to my pleasant surprise the truck was no let down!! I would say, better than I expected, well after I washed 3300 Kms of dirt off it! Lol. During the Ontario safety inspection there was one little hiccup, but a quick call and a few emails and the issue was resolved. I was very impressed with how they dealt with the situation, as they were in the right the whole time, always backed their technician up, and even provided a little auto mechanics lesson for my technician in Ontario who was preforming the safety!! To me, this shows transparency, honesty, integrity, patients and accountability. Overall, I was very impressed with Bridge City chrysler and would definitely buy from them again. Well, let's just say they get stuff done here! Within 24 hours of submitting my information, I was driving home in a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500!! WOW! He was able to reduce my interest rate by almost TEN points. He kept me in the loop the entire process, I never felt like just another "sale" to them. They make you feel welcome, and like you're not getting taken advantage of. Paul then took the time to show me the vehicle inside and out, and how to work certain things.
