We started our discussions across the internet with a few different Dodge and Ford dealerships as we tried to narrow down both a brand and a price. We found Heinrich to be by far the most responsive to our many queries and effective at winning our business. He was incredibly straight-up with respect to keeping the terms of the deal just exactly as we had agreed to via email and phone conversations, so there was no awkward negotiating when we finally met in person. There was a small problem with the vehicle at delivery, and Heinrich was very easy to work with to remedy it to our complete satisfaction. At delivery he also took us through the dealership to introduce us to key staff in Parts and Service that we may deal with in the future, and they were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with as well. We live in Calgary and searched dealerships throughout the province - we found the best deal at Bridge City and would definitely recommend this dealership, and Heinrich in particular, to anyone searching for a new vehicle.
