Very Painless We did most of the legwork as far as bargaining, financing etc. through phone, email and text. I spent literally 10 minutes in the office signing papers, when I was done the truck was outside with my license plate on it ready to go. Ross was awesome to deal with, Mike and Chris were excellent too. I am hesitant to enter most dealerships because of the pressure tactics, none were used here. I would recommend Bridge City highly.
