Although the option car did not have the inside color I desired it was the exact model X1 with just enough options to make me feel comfortable. The initial proposal was fair, but final offer was attractive. Thereafter, I had enough time to feel comfortable with all the new digital infortainement system. I believe that this dealdership is well stocked with vehicles. I was fortunate to have a very good salesperson. I am happy. More
This is my second purchase at Brian Jessel , and 2nd time working with Val to finalize my vehicle purchase. As expected the process was seamless and negotiations were fair. He took the time to understand what I was looking for this time around and made sure down to the smallest detail, that I’d be happy with my purchase. Sandy took care of the final details for me and she was very sweet, friendly and funny. Finally , Chris walked me through the vehicle itself and showed me some tips n tricks. Working with these 3 was an absolute pleasure. As a female looking to purchase a vehicle on my own, I felt respected and valued. Other dealerships left me feeling pressured and the staff were often condescending. Not at Brian Jessel! They took great care of me from start to to finish. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in GVA. More
Be very careful when taking your BMW here for service and be sure to video EVERYTHING because if they damage your car they will try their darnedest to not accept responsibility. I took my car in for an airb be sure to video EVERYTHING because if they damage your car they will try their darnedest to not accept responsibility. I took my car in for an airbag recall and when I got the car back it was in worse shape than when I took it in. The "mechanic" left dirty tool marks (see pic) on the black of the interior above the glove box(why he was even touching the black part is a mystery to me) and scratched the silver trim (see pic). According to the service department the "mechanic" denied doing the damage even though the tool marks on the black irrefutably lined up with the scratches on the silver trim. How the service department could return a car to the customer in this condition is mind boggling for a high end dealership. They couldn't even be bothered to wipe the black interior part clean. Lucky for me though that they do shoddy work , for if they had cleaned the black part I may never have noticed the scratches on the silver until seen in the correct light and it may have been too late for me. One day later I go into my trunk and realize that the 'mechanic" couldn't even be bothered to properly reinstall the battery cover (see pics) In defense of the service department they did, later in the day accept responsibility for the damage and have ordered me a new piece of silver trim. I picked up the part and installed it myself in less than five minutes without having to touch any of the black dash or any part of the silver trim either than the back of it with a plastic trim tool. This was incredibly sloppy work they did and again, were reluctant to take responsibility in the beginning. To sum up, be sure to take a video/picture when in their parking lot of the entire car, both inside and out. More
