We were very disappointed in Bryan Jessel BMW. We bought a 2020 X3M from them and asked for a couple of minor things to be fixed. One of these was the rear valance pan which was damaged, and which We bought a 2020 X3M from them and asked for a couple of minor things to be fixed. One of these was the rear valance pan which was damaged, and which they said they would fix for us. But they delayed and delayed, telling us that they were waiting for parts. We kept contacting them over the next sixth months to get an update. Finally, the salesman Ryan told us that they were "looking at it" and would get back to us. That never happened, so it seems clear that they never intended to effect the repair and were very dishonest in their dealings with us. So we will NEVER buy another car from this dealership. More
Ok i made an appointment for my wife’s car, the first conversation on the phone the person immediately said its due for a brake and coolant flush. I immediately said no the vehicle is coming for an oil change with a brake check and fluids check. Of course they did not follow instructions and A guy named ASH quickly duped my wife into other services. Of course afterwards they are telling me all the thing they did free like required recall repairs by the manufacturer. An oil change at 385$ is already stupid. But to rip[ us off afterwards is just dumb. I will certainly never buy another bmw as a result. Or ever recommend the car. No estimate was ever printed and returned to the customer More
Terrible, the car was boooked from the phone. From the minute they answered the upsell was on. I called to make an appt for an oil change. My wife a non English speaker was then asked to sign for the same two things i rejected over the phone. Then they start to tell you about all the free stuff they gave us, recalls the mfr responsibility, the dealer was paid by the mfr, nothing was free. The employee ASH is not to be trusted lying xxx More
