I must share my recent experience with Brain Cullen, which has left me profoundly disappointed and offended by their complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Yesterday, I called the busine which has left me profoundly disappointed and offended by their complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Yesterday, I called the business manager to arrange an appointment for today to the refund of my deposit. The business manager confirmed that anytime after 9:15 am would be suitable. Armed with this assurance, I arrived at the dealership's parking lot this morning, expecting a smooth and straightforward process. Unfortunately, what awaited me was a nightmarish sequence of events. Upon arrival, a salesperson approached me, delivering the news that I couldn't get my deposit back today and would have to return tomorrow because the business manager was absent. This announcement came without any apologies. Naturally, I questioned why the dealership hadn't notified me of this change before my arrival. The response from the salesperson was dishearteningly dismissive, asking, "What can I do?" Seeking answers, I decided to enter the dealership to speak with an employee at the front desk. However, before I could do so, the same salesperson intercepted me once again, demanding to know the reason for my dissatisfaction. I calmly explained my frustration with their unprofessional handling of the situation. In an astonishing and unprofessional display, the salesperson loudly yelled, "Fine, I'm refunding your deposit!" This outburst was not only offensive but also a stark example of their utter lack of professionalism and customer service. My experience at this dealer has been marred by this shocking episode, leaving me deeply offended and appalled. The behavior I encountered is inexcusable, and no customer should be subjected to such treatment. More
