Poor Service Bought my 2014 Rogue from Brasso. Ever since, I brought it back to them when its due for scheduled maintenance until my last visit. So my parklight is Bought my 2014 Rogue from Brasso. Ever since, I brought it back to them when its due for scheduled maintenance until my last visit. So my parklight is busted. I already bought a replacement bulb for it. Same time it was the car's scheduled maintenance. They have this checklist for everything that needs to be checked. I just got surprised that even that busted light have a green check mark that means its ok. Im thinking that they only tick those boxes from the checklist just to say they check everything. But actually they didn't. My point is what if it is safety related? Very poor service. More
Poor Business Practice Test drove a vehicle that had been on the lot for almost 30 days. Told the sales agent that I would like to get my wife down to drive the car. Sales Test drove a vehicle that had been on the lot for almost 30 days. Told the sales agent that I would like to get my wife down to drive the car. Sales agent was not working the next day so we agreed to Saturday AM. Sent agent an email in the AM to advise when we would be there, no response. Got to the dealership (45min drive) only to find out that the vehicle was sold the day before, and the the sales agent was not available. To top it off, the receptionist then tried to do the bait and switch by asking if there was anything else that they could sell me. Very poor business practice by not tracking serious leads on the vehicles and not keeping all parties informed. More

I can't say enough about my experience since I get annoyed really easily when it comes to car sales people. Michael walked me through the car step by step, wasn't pushy and went above and beyond working out many different payment options and gave me the space to take it home and look over. I respected his way of selling, his knowledge and understanding his customer. After a test drive the next day, we were able to work out the price of my brand new rogue and had the best experience I could of imagined. Not only Michael was amazing but the sales manager and finance manager made the decision and process easy. Everyone treats you like they actually want and will appreciate your business! Not to mention they are one of 3 places that passed the W5 report on dealerships! I loved my experience, and they took the time to walk me through the vehicle and set it up to my preference before I left! Must go to this dealership, must see Michael and get back to being a person not a paycheque! M More
Integrity, superior service I have been having my 2005 Infiniti FX35 serviced at Brasso Nissan for the past 5 years. Their integrity and superior customer service keeps me going I have been having my 2005 Infiniti FX35 serviced at Brasso Nissan for the past 5 years. Their integrity and superior customer service keeps me going back. After a recent oil change, when I opened my hood to add washer fluid, I noticed a piece of the air cleaner ducting was missing, which obviously had been missed being replaced at the oil change when they replaced my air filter. Even after having been 9 weeks since the oil change, when I went in and spoke with Ryan, there were no questions asked, they accepted full responsibility, got a replacement part in, called me the next day to come in and have it installed. Best Buying Experience I have bought three new/demo vehicles over the past seven years, the first was a new car at Toyota, the second was new car from Honda and the third wa I have bought three new/demo vehicles over the past seven years, the first was a new car at Toyota, the second was new car from Honda and the third was last week with Brasso Nissan. I traded in my Acura ILX for a 2015 Nissan Rouge SL. When I started speaking with the salesman Chad, I explained that as a female I hate having to buy a car because I refuse to play games. He was respectful and listened to what I needed. He helped me to find the right vehicle for my needs, offered at a fair price. I had already had my car appraised and knew the value. The manager asked me what I thought it was worth and I offered to leave if he did not simply tell me what they would give for the trade in value. It was fair. I found the finance person to be very professional and up front. I loved Dave - he spent an hour with me and showed me and explained every feature on the vehicle. I have never had anyone do that in the past and I was completely impressed. There are a lot of features on this SUV and I actually know how to use all of them. The service overall was definitely 5 star and better than the other two dealers I mentioned above. I am a very happy customer. Great work guys! More
Horrible from the beginning I bought a used vehicle from brasso and same thing, Stephan added the loan protection AND the $500 admin fee. On top of this, my Rogue has had 4 wheel I bought a used vehicle from brasso and same thing, Stephan added the loan protection AND the $500 admin fee. On top of this, my Rogue has had 4 wheel bearings (same ones repeatedly) replaced within a cpl years because each one didn't even last a year. Now I got it fixed somewhere else because I do not trust Nissan any more and they will not help me out, nor will the $5000 warranty that I purchased through Nissan. Brasso Pushed me on to Nissan Canada who pushed me back to Brasso, seriously I have never been so unhappy with a company. Now I am driving a vehicle in which I do not feel safe in with my children. I will NEVER again purchase a Nissan and Will never recommend nissan. They sold me a faulty vehicle and will not own up to it. More
