45K Km Service Have been dealing with this dealer for many years. Mixed emotions about it. At times, the experience has been pleasant and at times it hasn't. The staff I've dealt with have been friendly and courteous in general. However, I've encountered many unpleasant issues, such as in my most recent visit, for the 45k km scheduled service, the loaner vehicle had low tire pressure at time of pick up and I had to wait about 15 minutes (first thing in the morning, on my way to work) to have this issue dealt with. Also, the car had not been properly cleaned, empty gum wrappers in the door and cup holder, the car had not been filled with gasoline either. I realize these are minor issues however it matters when it's not the first time. Here's another example: Tail light on one side was leaking on my new Tiguan earlier this year so I took the car back to have it replaced (under warranty). After having picked up the car and driving it home, I realized that the new tail light had a crack in it! and under the tail light, there was a scratch in the body paint! They did fix everything upon return however, a proper inspection of the vehicle would have avoided this headache for me. I would recommend this dealership based on the friendliness of most staff. Positive attitude! Took my car in to have my snow tires changed out and the computer system went off-line. I’m sure it was inconvenient and stressful for the Service Employees, but they kept calm and did their best to get my vehicle back to me. Because they could not print up the paperwork or bill me with the system down, they promptly emailed the detailed invoice the next day and even gave me a follow up phone call to ensure I was satisfied! What could have been a negative experience was actually no inconvenience to me at all and I received excellent service and communication from Neil- great attitude and sense of humour! More
