Factory ordered an F150 through this dealer, put down a deposit and all parties signed the purchase agreement at the listed final sale price. They contacted me 4 days later claiming my price had increased deposit and all parties signed the purchase agreement at the listed final sale price. They contacted me 4 days later claiming my price had increased over $3000 and if I didn’t agree to the new cost the deal would be terminated on their end, which they did stating the owner of Brant County Ford directed it. Although an MSRP increase by the manufacturer is obviously out of the control of the dealership, Ford Canada indicated that many Ford dealers will honour the original agreed upon price, especially if a sales contract was signed as in this case. Brant Country Ford will not, nor will they offer to work with you in any way to find an amicable solution, even if you’ve been their customer for 22 years as I was. There are 162 Ontario Ford dealerships to choose from, I strongly suggest buying a vehicle from one that will honour their own listed prices and contracts. More
