Double crossed by the finance department!! Syed Armugham Ali is a bit of a snake!! He does not tell you all the facts-he goes behind your back and cancels the products with Chrysler Canada and they now tell us it was on our request to cancel the services AND THATS NOT TRUE. 2nd vehicle purchased here and thought this was our dealership of choice may not be again Syed is in finance dept.- so carefull with him! Now the General sales Manager has stepped in and is trying to make this right - we shall see.. he has offered what I think is fair, we will see what comes through. More
Very disappointing and very frustrating I have read a lot of bad reviews regarding Brampton Chrysler and did not want to go in, but despite of the reviews I have family members that have bee I have read a lot of bad reviews regarding Brampton Chrysler and did not want to go in, but despite of the reviews I have family members that have been purchasing their vehicles from them for quite a while, so I made an appointment. Went in on a Saturday morning, to look at 2 vehicles. One was a 2019 Grand Caravan and the other was a 2019 Ram 1500. The salesman was ok at first regarding the Caravan but when it came time to take the 1500 out for a test drive... Different story altogether. After we came back from a test drive, my wife and I went inside to warm up while the salesman went to fire up the 2019 Ram 1500. My wife decided to stay inside and I followed him out to the lot. Soon as he hit unlock on the truck key fob I immediately noticed it was a 2018 Ram truck. (Specifically told him when I made the appointment and as well as that morning I was interested in a 2019 Ram 1500). Told him I am not interested in a 2018. Once back inside, the salesman never even bothered to get a 2019 Ram ready for me to take for a spin. Just decided to crunch numbers on the Caravan instead. The trade-in value of my vehicle that I have researched online and through some of my friends that are used car salesmans is $41000 to $47500. Needless to say Brampton Chrysler came back and wanted to give me $37100 for my trade-in. I let it slide knowing that we still needed to speak with the finance department of the dealership. Once in their office we stated we would like to be below $400 for payments bi-weekly. He then proceeded with his Spiel about extended warranty and rust proofing etc. Told him that I am not interested due to the fact we want payments below the $400 mark. He kept trying to push it but I still said no. Once the paperwork was signed he said he would contact us on Monday with information. Never did! Also it took 2 emails and a phone call from me and my wife to speak with him. He response was “the business manager has the file”. (4 days after we signed) On the 6th day hearing nothing I reached out to the dealership to get my ownership back. Stated to the Receptionist that I would like it ready for 3pm, she said she would have it ready. Needless to say it was not ready. Upon arriving at Brampton Chrysler to pickup my ownership, which they took their sweet time to get for me I started to get frustrated, explaining to the sales manager the whole bad experience. He assured me the business manager would contact me later the same day. No contact surprise surprise! Now the day after, after I picked up my ownership the business manager called me. (Only after I emailed him) He asked what I am after, obviously they do not communicate inside their team either. So I explained again what took place, that the monthly payments have to be under $400 as well as the trade-in amount has to come up. He said he would call back. He did, he stated “ we called around and your vehicle is only worth $37100 “. Was pretty fast them calling around when he called me back literally 5mins after the first initial call. After me telling him a dealership that I had visited 2weeks prior had offered me $41000 for a trade-in, his reply was “that’s impossible as the people we called would not go higher than $37100”. He became quiet when I told them I have the quote in my hand. He then began to say that they are giving me more than 37100 because they are not putting all the taxes on... Well I told him it’s common knowledge that you do not get charged all the Tax when you trade-in... he then became very arrogant and I told him thanks but goodbye. I will NEVER do business with this dealership, also I will get my family members to take their business elsewhere. Also, I am lodging a formal complaint to FCA regarding the integrity and poor Representation and customer service of Brampton Chrysler. I can suggest better FCA dealerships to other people who I have felt with before. The owner of the dealership should hire better people with customer service skills and whom can communicate better. Very disappointing experience! More

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE This dealership has very poor customer service and communication skills. My husband went there as he was interested in a specific truck he showed up a This dealership has very poor customer service and communication skills. My husband went there as he was interested in a specific truck he showed up and dealt with Jesse and Sanjay. They offered my husband an amount for his jeep and my husband was pleased and told them he was ok with what they offered him as he really wanted to get into the truck he was interested in. Needless to say my husband hasn't heard back from Jesse or Sanjay and he even emailed the manager and nothing back from anyone. They treated my husband very poorly when he was there as they tried to push my husband into a "newer" truck instead of the 1 he was interested in. My husband was going to buy the specific truck he went to go see but not hearing back from 2 sales guys or the manager we will definitely take our business and money elsewhere. Trust me everyone save your money & time and go elsewhere where they treat you like a CUSTOMER as this place SUCKS. Will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Abhi showed me several demos that i was interested in from a google ad, no pressure, very negotiable. Then the finance person was no pressure.agreed to my terms and delivery date... Abhi gave me his cell number if any concerns...answered all my questions and delivery was flawlesss..i would go back in the future, and i live in North york ! Thank again Abhi, i love my van! More
