Could not be happier with the service. Well it was pricey but service anywhere is and new vehicles are way pricier so gotta keep this truck going…. I had a coolant leak that another dealership looked at twice and could not diagnose. I brought here and they identified the issue in like an hour,, recommended the fix as well as a few other things ( clean injectors and front brake work) . I said yes to all, got my truck back - runs better and no leak and brakes better. I’ve had issues here in past ( but mechanical repairs are not all simple), but I do see they are trying - at least on service side. So I will be back Thanks guys Mike More

I had a current order in for a last call Dodge Challenger. The order was placed six months ago with an agreed price which was over $10000 the MSRP. The dealership has become greedy and is saying they don't think they can fill that order unless i pay $20000 over MSRP. That is not what was agreed upon six months ago. This is a poor business practice and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated fairly. Be Careful!!!! More

Vida was professional and I appreciate the work she put in to make the deal a success. The next day my wife and I, walked into Brampton Chrysler to sign the deal. There we met Ash, the manager. I can’t stress enough what a gentleman he is. Ash showed us a comparison vehicle, which was in stock and described the features. Ash made us feel comfortable and excited about our purchase. He has a great personality. After signing the documents we exited the dealership knowing we dealt with the best. Since then Ash and co. Have been in constant communication with locating and delivering the vehicle. I highly recommend Brampton Chrysler for their personnel, stock, super cleanliness and respect. You’ll be happy here. Put my truck in for a service, they replaced my exhaust, and when re installing the heat shield they did it improperly. Makes a ton of noise, and wouldnt fix it when I sent it back in. Also after service the truck will not accelerate properly and has a misfire on cylinder one which they charged over $500 to “diagnose” (truck was running fine before the service). Also after the diagnoses my belt squeaks like crazy, assuming its due to lack of care and something being spilt onto it. Would never recommend this dealership. I’ve had a ram since 2012 and I’m not impressed at all. More
