Feedback Their lack of feedback with the customer regarding what was wrong with their vehicle when brought in for service greatly needs to be improved. My vehicle stalled and was brought in for service last week but no one from the service dept, used car manager or sales could tell me why it stopped working in the first week i owned it, and what service it received to remedy the issue. That is extremely unnerving after purchasing a preowned vehicle as I dont know how reliable it will be in the future. I also believe all vehicle history service reports should somehow be made available to buyers/potential buyers as well as information pertaining to recalls. A recall was issued to remedy a potentially dangerous problem with a vehicle that could impact its safety or reliability for any future owners and its extremely worrisome not knowing if the recalled part was replaced/fixed as required. More
