Max was helpful in enabling us to understand the differences in the vehicles we were looking at and answered all of our questions. What would have made our experience better was if we had been given a fuller and clearer explanation of our warranty options. This end of it was very rushed and there are many conditions that only became apparent to us after the purchase in reading the "fine print" of the agreement. While we are happy with the vehicle we have purchased we are not happy with the coverage we have acquired. On the whole this was not a negative experience. We would certainly consider buying again from Brampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep, but we would not necessarily encourage anyone we know to go there over any number of other dealerships. More
