His neglectful decisions left me dealing with 2 different managers to get what was rightfully mine. He had his whole family there to make us feel terrible and uncomfortable. I'm glad I did not have my disabled child with me to witness this horrible experience. I will never refer anyone to him and I hope someone will address and reassess his license to sell vehicles to anyone. Also to refer to a customer as "buddy" and they are wrong and he should know because he sells 18 vehicles a month, is extremely ignorant and leaves customers thinking you are a conartist and you clearly would not need an extra sale. Very disappointed. Selecting a full star is unjustified and I wish I had an option to give him a zero or even a negative. More
