Since the very beginning when communicating with Chris via e-mail about coming into have a look at a certified, pre-owned 2015 Golf, he was pleasant, Since the very beginning when communicating with Chris via e-mail about coming into have a look at a certified, pre-owned 2015 Golf, he was pleasant, helpful and extremely professional. We did not end up purchasing the original Golf we had inquired about, as there was an even nicer option available. Chris quickly warmed the car up for us (on a very cold day) so we could take it out for a spin. Chris provided a ton of details about the car and answered our MANY questions with patience. Once we decided to purchase the car, Chris kept in touch with us throughout the following days to ensure everything was in order so that we could pick the car up just 3 days after we purchased it.
