After test driving a couple cars and receiving all the necessary information Chris did his best to make me comfortable with any car I selected. His patience was very important as we spent a few hours discussing possibilities and options. I had settled on the 2018 GTI. OH BOY!! did I made the right decision. The car drives great and feels amazing. What made my experience even better is that the vehicle was suppose to be ready for Saturday. I had called him and asked him if he could get it ready a couple days earlier. He said to come in for 1:00pm. (1 hour after i called him). When i arrived he had everything prepared, the car was clean, it was detailed and filled up! I was shocked as to how he was able to do it as this was the busiest time of the year. I also don't want to forget about the amazing experience the finance team provided. Britney had stayed a couple hours after they closed just to make sure my deal went through and help me with all the necessary information. She worked her magic and did as she said. She got my approval quick and easy with no trouble. The last time I was there Ricky had helped me with the finances, and he had also done an amazing job. I would also like to thank Hugn for providing the best possible deal and his amazing humour! As we walked into the dealership my daughter and I were left on our own for a few minutes to browse, then we were approached by Oscar who at no time pressured us, but readily answered our questions and showed us options. The whole experience was comfortable, easy, efficient and pleasant. Oscar made it all go very smoothly and was able to find the car I wanted and it arrived earlier than expected! I don't recall the name of the individual I spoke to in Finanace, he also explained the option of the additional warranty but at no time did this feel forced on us. More
