I'm a Canadian Id4 owner I bought the car and the car has been with them since April 22nd, that coming on to 4 months and counting. The car was working when I brought it in for the update. They said the part will come on July 13 which changed to July 31st which now changed to we have no idea when the part will come or even if it will ever come. At this point I doubt I will ever see the car again. All I get is sorry its too bad. the head of dealership said they would buy back the car in July 12th, I asked them to do so in early August and they refused. So he said he would buy it but when I called him on it he said no we won't. Very sad and I hate to say it but I have lost confidence in both VW and the dealer. I cannot trust their word. Hopefully bramgate and vw can resolve this and back up what they say and their product. More

It was a rare manual but Andre new everything about the car and helped me refamiliarize myself with the stick shift after I'd driven 3 years without a manual. Andre is friendly and personable - I enjoyed the chat about the Jetta and cars in general. Negotiating was a breeze, as Bramgate offered us top value for our trade-in. There was no hard-sell or trying to slip in unwanted extras. To top it off, Andre was able to deliver the Jetta within a few days, half way between Bramalea and our home in eastern Ontario. I would highly recommend them and will definitely check them out for my next VW or Audi. More
