I was unsure about which type of engine best suited my needs but Andrew spent the time informing me of the benefits of each along with crunching numbers for both types. My car broke down and was towed to Bramgate. The car was repaired but damage was significant and car was no longer reliable. John helped us pick out a reasonably priced car and took us through the sale with repaired but damage was significant and car was no longer reliable. John helped us pick out a reasonably priced car and took us through the sale with relative ease. He had the charges for repair done on other vehicle removed and went half on the price of new winter tires and rims. Joanne took us through the finacial side of things at the last minute on a Monday night with a big smile and quick results. The car was ready for us quickly and John was very thorough with paperwork and went through the details of the cars features and maintance very clearly. He even got the connectivity working for me! (electronically illiterate as I am) The service department was very friendly and helpful as well. They agreed to take out the 6 pack CD player out of old car( had to pay for that though) as it was stuck and i could not get my CD's out of it. The changed the old winter tires out to our old summer tires so we could have the better tires. All in all a good experience. Oh and did I mention the Jetta is great, this is the 7th Jetta that my husband and I have purchased and this is the newest I have owned (15,000KM) the husband had a new one in 2007. I just love the car and the ride is so smooth. Thanks John and Joanne for making this a great experience. I communicated with Sudir on several occasion via telephone, email and in person. Each time Sudir was very courteous and professional - not just when sealing the deal but every time I had any questio telephone, email and in person. He was confronted with a family emergency a couple days before I was to pick up my vehicle but still had the concern to communicate to me that he would be out of town and made arrangements for another team member to handle the delivery and provided his name so I knew who to ask for. I will bring my Passat to Bramgate for any required service and if they are as good as Sudir this will be the start of a beautiful relationship! More
