Continuous quick response to e-mails and finally got an out of office notice for Jeremy. His notice directed inquiries to Hugh Payne who also responded immediately. Met with Hugh on Saturday June 14 and realized he was the sales manager. Looked after us personally and was extremely helpful and totally understood our situation with our Honda Crosstour. Proposed a solution which was exactly what we were hoping for and put 2 deals together for us for a 2014 Tiguan and a 2015 Golf GTI. Met then with Joanne Yulo for lease and financing. Joanne as well was extremely courteous,professional and helpful. She made the whole experience simple and smooth. Picked up the Tiguan Thursday June 19 and Hugh, not wanting to overstep his salesman, refereed us to Andrew for delivery. Again very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Took the time to explain the vehicle and all options. Despite we had some misunderstandings when it came to applicable employee and loyalty discounts, and prices that Volkswagen can provide, he was able to rectify the issues, and we were able to arrive at solution that made me very happy and pleased. Jiri was patient, and took the time to follow up with me to get all the paper work completed in a very efficient and prompt manner. He ensured that all the legal documents were signed and that delivery was done way before I anticipated it to be. Jiri also recognised that I did not have a car to move around which inconvenienced me to come into the dealership to get the paperwork completed and pickup the new car. Therefore, Jiri provided me with a loaner car so that I can use for a few days to get to work and conduct errands, etc. Because of Jiri, my experience has been a very favourable and pleasant one, and I would recommend my colleagues to him for future leasing and purchase of new cars.
