A friend recommended that I go to Volkswagen. This was my first experience leasing a car and the service I received from Andrew Seery was educational and informative. I was able to get a lease for a brand new car within my monthly budget (under $300), and was able to test drive the Golf on the same day I walked in to inquire. The dealership was very accommodating and I was able to the receive the car within the time frame that I needed it. While both, test driving and the day I received the car, Andrew took the time to show me many of the great features of the car (e.g., how to heat the mirrors, create more room in the back, bluetooth etc.) I would absolutely recommend Volkswagen to a friend, as I feel the quality of the cars, the price and customer service are held to a high standard. This was my first car purchase and Andrew and the entire staff made it very easy by answering all my questions and always getting back to me by email very quickly. I couldn't be happier with the Jetta I purchased and I would recommend Bramgate to any of my friends and family looking for a new car. Bramgate's commitment to customer service is clearly evident as soon as I walked in the door. A trait that I did not see while visiting other dealerships. Also, Jeremy and Joanne were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would most certainly come back to Bramegate for my next vehicle purchase. More
