We had a little hiccup with our insurance provider using wrong dates, but the staff proved to be very understanding and patient through the ordeal as we sorted it out. The only complaint I had, would be that the car that was delivered wasn't what you'd consider "clean" from a brand new vehicle. There was dirt all over the body, which is understandable from the construction nearby, but I was hoping they'd clean it up before delivery. Furthermore, stains from the glue dripping on the interior of the doors from the tints were not cleaned either. I was offered a free cleaning, but when I returned the following day, what was performed was a very quick rinse (what looked like only water rinse) on the body, and an extremely rushed rub down on the front two door for the glue stains (the stains were still visible). Nothing was actually done on the rear doors at all. Overall, the experience was great, and I would certainly recommend it to friends looking to purchase a new VW vehicle. However, I hope they do a better job with the cleanliness of vehicles on delivery dates. More

The sales representative Chris was very informative and helpful in the purchase of the vehicle. He took the time to go over the features of the car and was not pushy! At the approval stage Joanne was extremely helpful in making sure I stayed within my budget when deciding on adding the extended warranty for my Jetta. Sales rep Rashemm was very welcoming and he spend lot of time clarifying all my questions. he also accompanied me on my test drive explaining the pros and cons of the car and finally we ended up with Corolla 2015 is the best fit for me. Price which i got from Bramgate was the least price for this model I found anywhere else including Toyota, On top of that they also gave me a reasonable price for my trade in car. Finance Rep Joanne Yulo was very helpful in getting the Loan approval with a low interest rate on my car. I GOT MY CAR DELIVERED ON THE SAME DAY I WENT AND TEST DROVE IT.... isn't it amazing. I went home with my new Corolla Sports within 12 hours I stepped into Bramgate VW. Thank you for the crew for a wonderful experience and I will be in touch with you guys in my future too.
