After visiting a few other VW dealerships and receiving minimal customer service I went to VW Bramgate and received better than 5 star customer servic After visiting a few other VW dealerships and receiving minimal customer service I went to VW Bramgate and received better than 5 star customer service. I was approached by one of the business managers, Sudir and since all the sales associates were busy he showed me some used cars in my budget. Once I informed him of the awful experience I had at other VW dealerships he continued helping me instead of passing me onto a sale associate. Sudir was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest during the entire process. I also received my purchased rental car in 2 days ahead of schedule and Sudir continued to provide me with excellent service when I went to pick up the car. I would highly recommend Bramgate to anyone interested in purchasing a VW, if it's not the closest dealership to you it is definitely worth the drive! More
