Our experience at VW Bramgate was nothing as we could have imagined. We were introduced to Marco and right away we knew he was the right salesman to meet our needs. Marco proved to be very knowledgeable of the VW vehicles and quickly searched the pre-owned cars that would meet our needs, His customer service was top notch and not once did my husband and I feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle. Marco worked in our best interest and was able to get us a great deal, and we had purchased a vehicle on the spot. We also dealt with Joanne when we were completing the financing on the car, and that too was a pleasant process. She was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Cesare Sr. and I do not appreciate the aggressive sales approach. We were made to feel comfortable by Andrew immediately and began sharing stories especially about English and Italian soccer. After the comfort level was established, we began discussing cars. We ruled out the Passat and decided to go with the Tiguan as a good "grandparents" car. We were shown the on floor models available with the features that were new to us as we own a 2006 Jetta with no navigation or rear mirror camera. Decision making was ours and Andrew only suggested which was great. As I am a person of many words and my husband is worst, I will close by saying that we are extremely pleased with our purchase and the service we received by Andrew. He introduced us to Surdir(Surdiro) to do the financing and he was very friendly and professional. Hugh came out to greet us with warm wishes for our new car. The overall feeling we got in the dealership was a family of people working together. For example, when Andrew took the car out and had to get out of the car and open the door, this man appeared and said, "Andrew, I will open the door for you." He went above and beyond to explain the process and keep our travel time to the minimum (3 ½ hrs each way) even though I was still on the fence; other used car dealers chose to hound me and lose this and future business. Joanne was also very pleasant and fun to work with. She even went out of her way to secure a better rate for us and research the finer points of the Appearance-Gard packages. Ali made a point to sincerely thank us for our business and discuss the details of our sale as reassurance. We would gladly return to Bramgate VW for future purchases and will recommend the dealership to friends and family. More
