I don’t understand how you can honestly charge someone this much for an oil change. Staff were too concerned with their computers and didn’t Seem too concerned about checking me in or doing the work. One service tech actually complained that my friend was trying to come in the wrong door (obviously didn’t know it was the wrong door) tech says “come on man, use the right door” pretty rudely , then opened the door for my friend and realized he said it a bit loud. No apology, no nothing. Possibly unrelated but I’ve never had an issue with my vehicle , had it there on a Friday, but Saturday I needed a new battery , Sunday was stuck in the freezing cold with a vehicle that wouldn’t start with a baby in the car for an hour, also had a new alternator put in on Sunday, and the charging system now has a problem. Seems kind of fishy to me- needless to say I won’t be returning. More
