Worst customer service ever I purchased a 2016 pilot (4 mths old) does not start in cold weather and further had to get my window camera re calibrated they had it 24 hrs could n I purchased a 2016 pilot (4 mths old) does not start in cold weather and further had to get my window camera re calibrated they had it 24 hrs could not do it. Told me I should pay for rental so they could keep it. Wow. I ask for a call from manager or owner no one cared to call. Sales person Jacque told me to contact Honda canada with my issues. Wow. Bad Service I had to get my air bags replaced due to a recall. It started in August. I had to get another part as well to fix another problem. After repeated phone calls back and forth I finally got the air bags replaced. November 30. They did not call me when the part came in or even returned my calls for an appointment to get the airbags done. I will never deal with this dealship ever again. Either to buy or service my vehicle. Excellence in service and sales! I was into the dealership this past Friday August 7th. Started off my day with Adam at the service counter, he was terrific …very friendly , personab I was into the dealership this past Friday August 7th. Started off my day with Adam at the service counter, he was terrific …very friendly , personable and a real pleasure to deal with. I worked my way through the building ( eventually) and stopped next with Bruce Wells in sales. We went for a test drive chatted about my needs & wants in a vehicle and ended with a purchase of a 2013 CRV. Bruce was lots of fun and made the whole experience easy & painless. Next stop was Mark & Michael to negotiate and clinch the deal….. again very professional and efficient. Kudos to Collingwood Honda for wonderful employees, it certainly shows when the staff are highly engaged and happy at their place of employment. I will highly recommend the dealership. More
do not trust this dealer with your vehicle. Purchased new car in December 2014, purchased winter tires and wheels and was told service was free for first season. When I got my alloys fitted in A Purchased new car in December 2014, purchased winter tires and wheels and was told service was free for first season. When I got my alloys fitted in April not only were they damaged they charged me 50 dollars for fitting them, when I questioned the charge they told me it was for storage only. "funny that because they didn't charge me for changing them when I purchased the car" but never the less I paid it after all if your happy to xxxx a customer off for 50 dollars then who am I to argue. Then the fun. Started 4 days later whilst washing car I notice a front wheel lug missing, concerned I take it back to the dealer to be told it shouldn't have happened as they lugs are tightened to the correct settings, wow clearly they hadn't been, then when an employee went to my car to check the remaining lugs another lug on the opposite front wheel done a full 360 turn. So to sum up 50 dollars for a xxxx job that could have caused a serious accident, huge concern with the ability of the work shop staff if they can't manage changing wheels without getting it 50% wrong. Do not trust them try another Honda dealer for your purchase and service. More

They took it in because the rear brakes were smoking (Vehicle has less than 80k on it) and when they picked it up, they had a $800 bill, mean while when they called they said $400. They went ahead and preformed "maintenance" service that was not requested or approved. There is many honest mechanics and other dealers in the area, i would give them the business. The lease is up on the CRV in a few months, and we will certainly not be buying another Honda from Blue Mountain Honda. More

Between my husband and I we have purchased 5 Honda vehicles in the last 8 years from Blue Mountain Honda and the reason we keep going back to both Honda and this dealership in particular is because of vehicles in the last 8 years from Blue Mountain Honda and the reason we keep going back to both Honda and this dealership in particular is because of the excellent quality of vehicle that is produced by Honda and also the excellent quality of service that we have received from Ward Bond and his employees. We've had to go through so many cars because of the changing needs of our family, a deer and a texter. There are no high pressure sales tactics and they team is always ready to answer any and all stupid car questions I have without making me feel like an idiot. We will be Honda customers for a long time coming. Thanks Ward and Derek for the great job that you guys do every day. More
