Booked an oil change a week ahead and still had to wait 1 hr and 20 minutes. Not impressed Couldn't get the oil cap off so I had to pay 35$ for new cap. Not impressed More

It is typical for an oil change to take 1 hr, because unlike quick lube places, as part of our Service First, we lightly vacuum and rinse your vehicle before it goes in for service. Then, once on the hoist we complete a POM courtesy inspection to ensure all is in good working order. We apologize for the extra time it took this oil change during super busy tire season.
