Dropped off van and within an hour had accurate estimate, and had to wait a day for part to arrive. No problem with that. Repaired next day, ready for pick up. Both the sales and service teams have always been very polite and professional. They are without a doubt the best dealership I have dealt with. Only reason for not getting 5 stars was that on my last serv polite and professional. They are without a doubt the best dealership I have dealt with. Only reason for not getting 5 stars was that on my last service appointment with them I apparently got lost in the shuffle. I had a 9:30 appointment for a tire repair and break inspection and let them know the vehicle was on site. But I heard nothing from them until I called them at almost 4 pm. Service team was very polite and apologetic but said they hadn’t even looked at it. They said they would look at it first thing in the morning. I did not hear back from them until after 2:30 the next day. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle I was shown my invoice and told that I needed new breaks!? The lady I was talking to was not directly part of the service team so although she was very pleasant, polite and professional she was not able to answer my question as to “why I wasn’t informed I needed breaks as this was the point of bringing in the vehicle!” Most of the service team had already left for the day but fortunately the service manager was still there and came out to speak to me. Again super pleasant and professional. He apologized and said there should have been more info in the invoice to explain that I “will” need breaks soon but it is safe to drive until spring. This is the first time this dealership has has ever stumbled much less fumbled this many times on one service request. I’m passing it off as just a rough day all around. We all have them. I still would not hesitate to bring my Jeep back to them. More
Will bend over backwards to sell you a vehicle but service is sadly lacking. There shouldnt be any arguement about a warranty issue... JUST FIX IT PLEASE.
