She was very kind and helpful and always willing to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership for their knowledge and customer service. We pre-booked the test drive, Shari greeted us when we arrived, gave us an overview of what to expect from the vehicle, explained the different operational nuances of the car. She made us fell comfortable, no pressure, just honest expectations of the vehicle. after the test drive, we were so pleased, and in no time had a deal we were both comfortable with.
