He was polite when we asked about other dealers prices and offers and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. The finance person (Charlotte) offered all the extra protection with zero pressure. We chose what we wanted and are very happy with how the sale went. Hopefully this car lasts a long time, but if we are in the market for another, Blaikies will be our first visit. More

Awesome Crew to deal with. I had bought a 300 from Bill back in 2016 and I told him I would deal with him again if ever I needed to get another car. Well, He HONESTLY treated me I had bought a 300 from Bill back in 2016 and I told him I would deal with him again if ever I needed to get another car. Well, He HONESTLY treated me and my husband so good the first time around I kept my word and this year I brought my daughter and her husband in to find a 7 seater van. With some hip cups in the credit over the past few years, other dealers pushed on them what they wanted to get rid of off their lot's. Bill Fielding listened to us again and he found that 7 seater they so badly needed and being 2013 it looks like it's 2017. He worked his magic, he also introduced us to Jody Mattie in finance and he really worked his magic and got them driving away in a little as 48 hours. I would recommend these men and this dealership without a hesitation at all. P.S I never got to do the review for my car in 2016 as I didn't go back to have my picture taken and so I was unsure about this site. But as I am giving Bill Fielding another 5 Star's and would also like to include Charlotte Scott for making my Black 300 a dream come true also. I decided to test drive a 2013 Dodge Journey that had just arrived at Blaikies Dodge in Truro. But before I made the trek, I had some questions to make sure it would be worth my time. I sent them an email and they got back to me right away - good sign. I was satisfied with all the answers to my questions and made the trip. Once inside, I was greeted by Mr. Bill Fielding. He and I hit it off right away. He made the whole car buying experience a pleasant and enjoyable one. It has been a while since my last car purchase, and though I loved my old car, I didn't enjoy the process of buying it. I could tell right away that Bill enjoys his job and really cares about his customers. I felt important, and that goes a long way. Bill took his time showing me the finer points of the vehicle and then it was off for a test drive. From the comfort to the ample cargo space, (I'm a drummer) I loved everything about the car. When I returned, we talked dollars and cents among other things (Bill is a drummer too!) and it was so EASY. I remember being completely stressed out with my last car haggling over a few bucks, but this time, it was plain and simple and dealing with Bill was a joy. The same can be said for Jody Mattie. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but he explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. I feel like both he and Bill like to take the time to get to know their customers, and I really appreciate that. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated and I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and gave me confidence that I had made a great decision. When I came to pick up the vehicle a couple of days later, it looked flawless. It is a testament to not only the former owners, but also the service dept. for an immaculate job. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and co-workers and will look forward to dealing with them again when the time comes. More
