With such personable staff it was hard for us not to both trade in our vehicles for new ones. Amazing service! The process was also very easy and we had our vehicles in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly, honest and easy to talk to. Found all the answers we needed and we were able to get to know each employee. When I come in for service the employees remember both of us and it makes us feel valued. I will continue to do business with Blaikies in the future and recommend it to all my friends. More

I was directed to a salesmen, and when I told him it was a heavy duty I was after he directed me to someone who knows there stuff when it comes to big trucks. It was nice they have staff which they refer to as product experts that deal with a specific type of vehicle to suit there needs. When I am spending $60000 I want to feel like I am buying the right vehicle for my needs. So far so good and in 5 years I will trade for another one at there dealership. More
I own a very well maintained 06 pt cruiser. 800 kms after the warranty the service engine light came on. After taking it to Blaikies they informed me that I had a burnt valve in the third cyl. It needed $200 the warranty the service engine light came on. After taking it to Blaikies they informed me that I had a burnt valve in the third cyl. It needed $2000 worth of repairs which neither Blaikies or Chrysler would help with even though the warranty was barely off it and I had 4 dodge vehicles in my driveway.Nothing I could do but pay it. Last week June02-2011 the engine light came back on. I had it scanned at a local garage and was told ithe code was an emissions (very small leak) I dropped it off at Blaikies. They called me and said it needed the plugs changed and a transmission service. Didn't sound right so I told them to go ahead. When I paid the bill it turned out to be$542. They said it needed an engine vac plus all their other charges. They informed me the light was out and the car worked fine.My girlfriend picked up the car and said it worked poorly and the engine light was on. We dropped it back to Blaikies and after 2 days they called and said the car had another bad valve in the exact cylinder they had fixed 14 months or 20000kms earlier. I called Chrysler head office for help with this repair. They nor Blaikies would offer me any help. Now I'm stuck with more costly repairs. Any other dealers I spoke with said this would be unlikely to happen and offered to help any way they could. They're likely not going to get a chance because I'll NEVER Buy CHRYSLER AGAIN. More
