I have always had satisfactory and enlightening experiences when I have brought my Toyota Venza to Birchwood. My recent visit was due to a recall notice and when I made the appointment everything experiences when I have brought my Toyota Venza to Birchwood. When I arrived I was immediately received with kindness and good humour despite the challenges the Birchwood team must be experiencing due to the recall notice, especially during Covid. The assessment was scheduled to take an hour and they were actually a few minutes early, and assured me my vehicle was in no need of work . Because my previous experiences have always been positive and trustworthy, I had no doubt the assessment had been done with care. A final gracious but unnecessary “perk” to this experience was being presented with a coupon for a free car wash. It was simply another symbol of an enterprise that clearly holds itself accountable to a high standard of engaging with customers. More

Excellent team. Hayden is a friendly and thoughtful salesperson. The front desk lady also quite thoughtful and accommodating. Despite me not scheduling a tire change, upon purchasing both tires and rims with Anthony in parts, the service team were able to not only service my car, but also squeeze in a change of my summer tires to my winter tires and put my new winter tires on my old current rims, while putting old summer tires on my new summer rims and storing them for me. All this done in 2 hours. Thank you Birchwood Toyota. More
