Leasing a new car was a joy! On two occasions, I was approached to turn in my leased 2014 Corolla for a new vehicle. I was going to book an oil change for this week, when Nelson On two occasions, I was approached to turn in my leased 2014 Corolla for a new vehicle. I was going to book an oil change for this week, when Nelson Gaspar called again about me doing this. I agreed to speak with him when I was in getting the oil changed. He even booked the appointment for me. When I got there he was waiting and we discussed the options and true to his word my payments for a 2018 leased Corolla were the same as my current one. I met with the financial manager, Justine and she too was friendly and efficient. We agreed to meet a day and a half later to have me pick up my new car which is loaded with so many more safety and well thought out new features. I was greeted by Pearl who told me she would be going over the car with me after I had completed the transactions and got my insurance papers finalized. Coffee or tea were offered and Justine was ready for me within minutes. I was seated in a comfortable waiting area where the other clients were also very relaxed and jovial. It was an extremely busy day and the building was buzzing with service clients and personnel. I never felt rushed or inconvenienced in any way and everything went so smoothly. No hassle, no pressure, and added features offered and even a parting gift. The documentation was explained in a very simple way, questions answered and friendly and warm people at every turn. Nelson mad sure to connect with me before I left in my new car and even noticed I have my nails painted to match the colour of the vehicle. Toyota really listens to their clients and the staff at Birchwood are the greatest ambassadors for a product I have some into contact with over the years. I used to dread dealing with sales people when buying a car, but as long as this company continues on this path, I will always be ready to do business with them and to recommend them to others. More
