When I decided on the 2019 Corolla, they didn't try to pressure me into a lot of other extras that I didn't need, but would certainly have padded the price. I previously owned a 2010 Corolla and had been to the service department in the past and I will not hesitate to recommend them to any one who asks me. I was even impressed by the way that Kyra spent the time to make sure I knew about some of the features in my new vehicle and how to access them, even showing me how to pair my phone to the Bluetooth in the car. I could have just been handed the keys and shown the door and left to figure them out for myself, but that just shows the dedication to customer satisfaction that they strive for. I will, absolutely, recommend Birchwood Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or service for a Toyota of their own. More

I told Andy I was on a time crunch, as I needed to accompany my daughter to her doctor's appointment later that day. I was serviced in record time. Somehow one of my keys fell apart a few months earlier, and my sales agent Andrew put it together for me, and I picked it up today. My experience with Andrew is he always tries to deliver a positive experience! The vibe at birchwood is casual but professional and the service area is spotless. A leaf fell from my car, and it was a lone leaf on a immaculate floor I left the cashier being told my car was given a wash, and I was wished "a good day." I really appreciate how well they treat their customers! More
