Purchasing a cae I was trying to buy a car for 2 months and was totally frustrated. I decided to go to Birchwood to see what was available. I met Mark Dupuis,, I exp I was trying to buy a car for 2 months and was totally frustrated. I decided to go to Birchwood to see what was available. I met Mark Dupuis,, I explained what I was looking for and we went from there. I was also introduced to Adam, the Manager. I finally settled on a Camry, which I love. Mark and Adam were very professional, pleasant and helpful. We made the deal and then we met Justine who did all the paperwork and explained all the protection plans etc. She was a delight. When we picked the car up, a young lady went over the operation etc. of the vehicle. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but, she was very helpful. Our overall experience was good and we were very impressed with everyone we dealt with. More
