We were advised because not being financed they add 1000 to the price. They said the best they could do was 30000. My husband said best we were prepared to pay 28000. After waiting for over an hour found out they weren't prepared to negotiate.on top of that they told us all deals include their Birchwood advantage, I asked up front if there was a charge for that was advised no. Then when they wrote up the deal for financing which we advised up front we weren't interested in they added the birchwood advantage for a cost of 800.00. What's with that..... really shady... More

They don't stand behind there work Had a part replaced on my car and within a few months was having the same problem again.
